Villa Ensenada Unit 4 on Dogmans Beach, fantastic for surfing & swimming. This spacious apartment is newly renovated w/ 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds) & 2 full bathrooms. Large open floor plan in the kitchen, dining & living room. Double doors open up to the front patio w/ outdoor seating. Located on the 2nd floor w/ views of the ocean & sunset . Fully stocked kitchen, gazebo w/ gas Weber grill & charcoal grill, outdoor bar, large pool, fish pond, laundry. Centrally located to everything. The space There are four apartments with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms each in one structure on the property that is closest to the beach. Each unit in this building has AC in the bedrooms only. There are 2 ceiling fans in the living & dining area for optimal air flow along with venting windows and double doors. The main house set further back has 4 bedrooms on the main level and a studio apartment below it . The compound is large with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. This unit sleeps a MAXIMUM of 4 guests Guest access Guests to have access to their private living space, pool area, gazebo, grill area's and outdoor wet bar. Laundry access available upon request. Other things to note The property is located directly on Dogman's Beach which is next to Maria's beach on the north side and Step's beach to the south. It has fantastic swimming, snorkeling and surfing. We have a generator, back up water cisterns and satellite WIFI. This additional infrastructure is set up to help when there's a power outage, water shortage or internet outage. Also, located on the newly created Tres Palmas walking train that runs along the ocean front. We are located on the western point of the island. We are2.5 hours from SJU Airport, 35 minutes from both BQN & MAZ airports and 1.5 hours from PSE Airport in Ponce. To avoid the drive from San Juan there is a Cape Air flight that goes direct multiple times a day from SJU to MAZ.
