It's a cozy 950 square foot space with private parking, new kitchen, small bathroom with walk-in shower, two bedrooms (one queen; three twins) and hardwood floors throughout. Enjoy comfortable bedding, luxury leather couches and a front room view of Paonia's beautiful surrounding mesas. The property does include a 50" HD Smart TV, but guests will be required to sign in and out of streaming services with their personal accounts. Guest access Guests may access the main floor; basement and garage will not be accessible. Other things to note Two-car, on-property parking is available in front of the garage next to the home.
