Two bedroom home with a dedicated work space just steps away from the world famous Bentonville trail system! This home sits 10 minutes from the Walmart Home Office, the new Oz bike park, and the one-of-a-kind Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. There is also a small garage to park a small car or to be used for bike storage! Whether you are in town for a business meeting, to hit the trails, or just to catch a little R&R, our cottage is the perfect hub to call your home away from home! The space Garage: You are able to park in the garage! If you have any questions regarding this, please message us! We are more than happy to help! Bedrooms: There is a queen size bed in two of the bedrooms; these comfortably sleep two in each bed. In the third bedroom, there is a comfortable sofa bed that also sleeps two people; there is also a designated work space in this room with a desk and a comfortable chair. There are extra sheets for all beds in the closets. Bathrooms: Each bathroom has a large sink with cabinets underneath. There are bath towels under each sink as well with the spare bathroom having the majority of the towels. The shower is a tub shower with a curtain. Kitchen: There are pots, pans, banking sheets, bowls, plates, and silverware in the kitchen. We do ask that there is no leftover food after your stay.
