This is a lovely character home with modern comforts. You get to enjoy the entire lower level of the house that contains 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, laundry and pantry area. The air-conditioning unit will keep you warm or cool. Each bedroom has a king single. The back entrance is your own private entrance opens to the outdoor deck overlooking the trees. We are in close proximity to the central city and the Mornington shopping centre. The space Free to use microwave, kettle, hair dryer, heat pump, washing machine, TV and Chromecast is available too. Only access through private entrance at the back of the house. Internal stairs to upstairs area will be locked at all times. Guest access The lower level of the house, deck, garden and Wifi. During your stay I will be living upstairs so just drop me a text if you need to contact me. I enjoy a friendly conversation but also respect if you want your own space. Other things to note I have 2 dogs and usually they will roam around the house, let me know if you feel uncomfortable with them around, I’ll keep them away.
