Attention: Please note that this house is not suitable for young people wishing to have parties. Perfect for couples or families of four, it is cosy, quiet and half-way distance between Paris and Disneyland. The owners live on the 1 st floor, therefore the stairs (and alleyway to the door) are shared (common access). The house has Wi-Fi throughout. No smoking inside. Dogs are allowed, if clean and well behaved. The space Living Room The living room is decorated in Contemporary Style, functional yet warm and cosy. Open, urban view. - Table and chairs for four. - Both sofas unfold, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for two. - Internet-enabled TV so you can login to your NetFlix account. Fully stocked kitchenette: It is well known the French love their food, so we make sure you have all the cooking basics you need to make a great meal! Just bring your own food, and we’ll provide the rest: - Fridge & freezer - Microwave oven & vitroceramic hob / cooktop - Pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, trays… - Plenty of cooking knives for the chef in the family - Forks / spoons / knives / plates / bowls, cups and wine glasses for everyone - Italian coffee maker and coffee - Tea pot and a selection of teas - Salt, pepper, olive oil & a selection of spices Bedroom The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, bed side tables, ample clothes rack, shelves for books. - Bed linen and towels are provided. Bathroom The bathroom includes the shower and usual amenities (hair dryer, shampoo & shower gel, soap, towels). Guest access Travellers have access to the second floor through two flights of stairs. The entrance and first staircase are shared with us while the first floor is for the owners only. There is no private parking but it is possible and most of the time very easy to park in the side streets of the residential area.
