It has three bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor overlooking a large 1ha park. The mezzanine bedroom, small perched canopy, is equipped with a large velux and one on a mezzanine enclosed by a canopy. On the mezzanine also a work/desk/reading area. The city also has a cinema as well as several restaurants. If you're a sushi lover, there's a sushi truck every Tuesday at the end of the day at the entrance to Morcenx.
