This is a classic kiwi bach a 2min walk to the beach on a quite street. There's a self contained upstairs and decent downstairs suitable for two families at a time. It's about 5 houses back from Buffalo beach, ideal for swimming, safe for kids and you can hear the waves crashing at night. There's plenty of parking and large front and back decks for relaxing. The house is basic but functional, just the way we like it on holiday. There's an outdoor shower downstairs after the beach. The space Upstairs has two bedrooms, one Queen and the other a Queen with top bunk. There's a new kitchen, bathroom and lounge area with two large decks out the front and back of the house to catch the sun all day. Master bedroom has a TV and DVD player and opens on to the deck. Downstairs has two bedrooms, one with two sets of bunks and the other a Queen. The lounge has two fold out couches that turn into double beds. There's a kitchenette downstairs with a sink and small fridge. The washing machine lives there as well with a spin dry cycle but no dryer, there's a clothes line. There is a large lounge with a toilet/handbasin and the shower is outside, great for washing off the sand after a great day at the beach. The lounge has a TV and DVD player with a large selection of DVDs. The backyard is almost fully fenced, suitable for tents, pets and kids are welcome so long as you clean up after them. Guest access You're booking the entire house. Other things to note Linen is not included but is available for hire with advanced notice.
