The Pavilion

The Pavilion is a contemporary barn conversion in a rural location but just a 5 minute drive from the city of Truro. The property is surrounded by countryside with plenty of public footpaths. There is easy access to the north coast beeches with Perranporth only 6 miles away. The space The Pavillion offers light and airy accommodation with an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge. The kitchen is well equipped including a washing machine, dishwasher and built in oven. The lounge has a log burner perfect for chilly evenings. There are bifold patio doors in the lounge that open out onto a decked outside space which has a lovely view over the fields to the rear of the property . The bedroom Includes a double bed and built in wardrobe, there is a en-suite bathroom with a shower. Parking for 1 car is to the side of the property . There is wheel chair access via a ramp that leads to a decked area . Guest access There is a private lane that leads to the Pavilion. Guests will have access to the decked patio area and approximately 4 acres of fields which lead to public footpaths. There is an allocated parking space to the side from which you can access the property from the steps at the front or the accessible entrance to the rear.
