The villa is located in a quiet and picturesque location without many houses nearby and thus provides a complete rest for the soul and body. The space The spacious villa contains 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, each with a double bed, air conditioning, smart TV, exit to the terrace. Four bedrooms are on the upper level while one is on the ground floor. The en-suite bathrooms have two sinks and a shower, while one on the ground floor also has a freestanding bathtub. Large glass walls make this house airy, allowing a view of the surroundings from almost every corner of the villa. The villa is functional and minimalist. The living room with indoor fireplace and smart TV is connected to the dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Connected spaces are ideal for family and friendly gatherings. The lower level of the house has a direct exit to the pool and outdoor terrace. Behind the kitchen is a large pantry. The villa also has an outdoor kitchen with a large dining table. Guests can use a large swimming pool with 10 deck chairs, parasols and an outdoor shower. EV charger (on request and for a fee).
