Shirley’s Shack

Situated on the beach at Blanche Harbour, this quaint besser block cottage offers basic accommodation without the frills. The original dwelling has been extended over time to incorporate 4 bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 11 people. There is a split system inside and a combustion fire in the back area to keep you comfortable. Spend your time watching the tides, marvel at the changing colours of the Flinders Ranges or try to spot a pod of dolphins! You’ll love the simple life at Shirley's Shack! The space - 1 x Living area - Basic Kitchen (Dishwasher, Microwave, Airfryer and "Toaster" Oven. - Dining area with views of Spencer Gulf - Basic inside bathroom with hot water - Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen bed - Bedroom 2: 2 x Double beds, 1 x Upper single bed - Bedroom 3: 1 x King bed - Bedroom 4: 2 x Single beds (bunk) (Bedroom 3 and 4 are adjoining) - Front outside undercover area - Back outside (enclosed) basic undercover area with combustion fire, BBQ and older pizza oven Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire shack. Beds will be made on the basis of the number of people booked in. Preferred bedroom(s) can be selected via communication with the host. Other things to note This accommodation is simple, but the location is stunning! Please note only rain water in connected to Shirley's Shack. While the water coming in to the shack is filtered, the host recommends bringing drinking water for your stay. Dogs are welcome to stay with guests at Shirley's Shack, but are to remain outside. The enclosed back outside area can be utilised for this purpose. Please be aware that dogs must be contained or on a lead in the Blanche Harbour area. While Shirley's shack has an enclosed side yard, not all shacks in the area are fenced.
