Use of the living room, front 2nd floor balcony, powder room, & limited use of kitchen amenities on 2nd floor are allowed. 55 inch TV in bedroom. Other things to note The condo itself is 3 stories. Your bedroom is very private on the 1st floor with shared space on the 2nd floor - living room, kitchen and balcony. Owner will be staying on 3rd floor (restricted access for guests).
