Peaceful and private hideaway located near all that Atlanta has to offer. Easy access to stadiums, concert venues, and parks. 420 friendly. NOTE: Please review entire listing for all booking details. The space Guests reserve the entire space pictured in the listing. 100% of that space is private and not shared. My son is my co-host. He manages the rental and occupies a separate studio space on the back of the home which is accessed by way of a separate/private entrance. Only you and your guests will occupy or use the rental space during your stay. Guest access This cozy hangout spot is perfect for a small gathering with 15 or fewer guests. NOTE: No gatherings can take place without prior approval. We ask that you keep the gathering no more than 15 people, and no more that 6 vehicles. Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and leave the place in the clean and neat condition in which you found it. We provide extra cleaning supplies (towels for cleaning spills, mop, broom, etc.). Please DO NOT use bath towels and face cloths for cleaning.
