The space The 42 square meter apartment has its own barrier-free access. It offers a light-flooded living-kitchen area with a terrace. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a convection oven, ceramic stovetop, microwave, kettle, Bodum coffee maker, toaster, blender and more. Spice selection and common consumables (dish soap, paper towels) included. The living area has a sofa bed with a full 90 x 200 mattress, table and 50" smart TV. In the bedroom, 2 people can be accommodated in the 160 x 200 bed; complete darkening possible via electric shutters. For short work sequences, you are welcome to use the office solution in the bedroom or you can expand the work area in the living area; the table area doubles by simply folding it out. The bathroom is barrier-free and equipped with a hairdryer, hand and bath towels. Consumables (soap, shower gel and toilet paper) included. The small hallway with a lovingly restored wall-mounted wardrobe is complemented by a shoe storage. In the 'beautiful' season, a table and sufficient chairs invite you to linger on the terrace.
