All apartments are furnished to a high standard. The kitchens have a dishwasher, fridge with freezer combination, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. All kitchens are fully furnished. The windows all have external blinds/shutters so that you can darken the residential units at any time as you wish. This apartment, located on the 2nd floor, has many amenities, such as a great steam shower. For bad days, there are board games and a 50-inch TV in the apartment. Guest access Access to the house and the apartment is via the courtyard of the house. At the entrance there is a key box which is labeled. You will receive the respective code before your arrival. Other things to note Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 2 children or 2 babies - baby cots are provided by us. Children's dishes are available. Or 4 adults Only dogs are allowed as pets in the property! For the stay, the current tourist tax of the city of Bad Harzburg is levied. This is not included in the listing price and must be paid in advance. Due to a currently very high damage rate, we allow ourselves to request a security deposit of €40 for the accommodation in addition to this, which will not be charged through Airbnb.
