A private driveway which is approximately 75 feet long. Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire home (except unfinished basement), including porches and fenced backyard. Other things to note The home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. It is best suited for guests looking to relax rather than host gatherings and events. No parties or large gatherings are permitted at anytime. Pets are welcome (dogs only 2 max) with prior approval and applicable pet fee. The yard is fully fenced, but guests are responsible for supervising pets at all times. Pets left unattended must be crated. Fire pits are available for guest use and must be attended at all times. The private driveway is 75 feet long. Parking on the street is limited due to a narrow residential street. This is a charming, older home with character. As with many older properties, you may notice some creaks, uneven floors, or unique features that add to it's charm. As part of the home's drainage system, the basement sump pump may occasionally make noise through the plumbing (most noticeably from the kitchen sink). This is normal and protects the home, especially during wet weather.
