A4 - Cozy studio apartment

This is a studio with the bathroom at the ground floor of the big family house. Our guests are free to use the pool and the grill house that are in the backyard. Guests are free to use the fully equipped kitchen and all the amenities in the grill house (since studio has no it's own kitchen), since it is a common area of the property - all of our guests can use it and must clean after use! Also, please have a look at our other listings - I'm sure you will find something exactly for you! The space This studio is located in the family house, in the quiet neighborhood, but still in the vicinity of the various amenities. The studio is located at the ground floor of our family house (actually a bit bellow the ground). The Studio has the bedroom (19m2), and the bathroom (7m2). The room has the closet, 2 night stands, dining table, fridge and a 2 single beds (2 x 90cm x 200cm, accomodates 2). The studio is equiped with the free WIFI, Smart TV, Air conditioning, fridge, Kettle and the Hair Dryer. The Washing Machine, Iron and Ironing Board are located in the common area and are free to use for our guests of course! Outside of the apartment there are free parking places for our guests in the backyard, Grill House built in rustic dalmatian style and on top of it all, there is a pool and pool beach. All of it is free to use for our guests, and there are more than enough chairs and shades on the beach for our guests. Outdoor shower is right next to the pool. It is not hard to reach us - even though precise location is given to the guest, we will provide you the precise directions dependent of the mean of transport that you use. It is not necessary to have a car if you are staying at our place, but of course it helps!
