From a small sidestreet you access the main entrance where you get to to loft via a via semi-public ground floor. There is a fitness-club and an IT-office on the same floor. Once inside a beautiful interior design awaits you on a incredible spacious area of 104sqm. Living area with comfortable sofa and 65" TV, dining area wit large table for up to 8 guests and finally the sleeping and lounge area with 2 beds, a sofa and a original Chippendale coffee table and two chairs. The building standard is high quality and new. Floor-heating with cosy wooden floor and a controlled home ventilation. Large windows connect to a small street with automatic screens outside and curtains inside. Curtains are partly complete darkening. Important: As there are no separate rooms groups need to be comfortable sleeping in the same room. Paravents/screens for privacy are available. Two beds (1.8x2.0m) and a sleeping couch (1.2x1.9m) are available. Individual lighting concept in sleep-area. A fully furnished kitchen provides all the comfort you need.
