This is a warm home made with love for providing peace, joy and rest to solo travellers. I live 2 minutes away walk and go to the little home (as I call it) on a daily basis. I will be available for anything you may need during the stay. You will be sharing home with another traveler that I select for the stay. I will appreciate your reading the rules of home and the check-in/check-out frames. Lena, a sweet female dog -golden retriever- and me will do our best during your time at home. Guest access I am not charging any cleaning expenses becase I believe each one can be responsible for keeping order and cleaning in the common areas. I offer utilities for breakfast in the memory of my dad. There are 2 rooms available just for solo travelers. This is one of them. You will share the bathroom, kitchen and living room. Also, there is a washing machine as well as a shelf for your food in the fridge and in the kitchen. You will have towels, gel and shampoo. Hair dryer is available in the toilet as well. I am also sharing the library which includes subjects in 4 languages such as literature, psychology, arts and more. The cost of the room includes all those extras (I share the library just for my pleasure). During your stay I am always available to assist your during your stay. Other things to note I am a guide for art and nature. And I love adventure :) Navigating in my boat at the amazing natural reservoir is one of the experiences I offer. And I can share what I love and learn about venues/places, etc. so that you can take the best out of our paradise called Valencia.
