Our place is nestled in between Kalk Bay and Muizenberg Beach. Very close to the stunning Cape Point nature reserve and Boulders Beach where the penguins roam. On the slopes of the famous Table Mountain. You’ll love our place because of the location with; hikes, caves, mountain, forests, ocean, beach, restaurants, surf, culture, music, markets, shopping, spas, theatres and many other activities on your doorstep. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The space A well-kept, villa-style home with high ceilings (providing a spacious atmosphere) and wooden floors. The interior is cosy and bohemian, while the exterior feels immersed in nature; between the incredible ocean view, mountain flora and our own permaculture style homestead. You will instantly feel relaxed and at peace sitting on the balcony overlooking our lush garden, listening to the birds singing with the crashing waves, watching the sunrise above the distant mountains and trying to spot whales, dolphins and surfers playing in the waves. Guest access You will be staying in your own one bedroom apartment with an en-suite bathroom (bath & shower). You also have your own fully equipped kitchen and lounge. You will have access to a beautiful wrap-around balcony with multiple hang-out areas; a love seat for morning coffees, a sunny ledge around a fish pond and a 5-seater dining table overlooking the ocean. You will also have a view of our permaculture garden (but no access). The place has a private entrance and full privacy of all the above-mentioned areas. Other things to note Entrance: There is a bit of a hill coming up to our house (about 1min walk), but the stunning views make it absolutely worth it. Electricity: Please note, South Africa has something called loadshedding (a programme of scheduled power cuts). To mitigate this, our space has self-charging lightbulbs and a backup power supply for the wifi.
