The space Algaba is a gorgeous apartment in Barcelona’s iconic Eixample district. Found in Eixample Esquerra, a short walk from Plaça Universitat, the area is famous for trendy bars, restaurants, and theaters. After a day out in the center of Barcelona, Algaba is the perfect home to come back to. This apartment is the ideal mix of form and function. The kitchen, living and dining rooms are in one, beautiful open space, bathed in sunlight from the full-length windows. The artful design is simplistic and rustic, using tilework and soft tones to create a relaxing environment. The cute kitchen is stylish, and fully equipped with utensils, as well as appliances. The calming decor continues into the bedrooms. Algaba features one double room, and one single, both of which are beautifully furnished, and benefit from natural light. There is also a separate study, for extra space, or peace and quiet, whenever needed. The bathroom is stylishly designed with stone tiles, and is fully equipped, with a fantastic walk-in shower. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. Other things to note To finalize your reservation, a mandatory KYC process is required. Guests must provide ID verification, proof of residence, proof of solvency, and proof of the reason for their stay. The guest’s signature and accreditation will also be required as part of the process. By booking, you acknowledge and consent to these requirements. We cannot accept any booking without these documents, and standard cancellation penalties will apply if the KYC process is not completed.
