Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. The space Our units are located in Eixample Esquerra and L'Antiga Esquerra de l'Eixample, one of Barcelona’s most vibrant, trendy, best connected, and most sought-after neighborhoods, in the heart of the city and close to the center. The area is renowned for spectacular and modernist architecture, wide, tree-lined boulevards, trendy bars, theaters, restaurants, tapas bars, upscale cocktail bars, shopping, entertainment, and cultural attractions, with locations a short walk from Plaça Universitat, Plaça de Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia’s iconic landmarks and luxury shops, and easy access to public transportation. Our spaces feature distinctive design themes including mountain-inspired interiors, grassland influences, modern and chic styling, traditional Mediterranean architecture, exposed elements, plants, wooden furniture, woven grass features, and pops of green, with furniture and decor expertly selected by our in-house design team to ensure a high level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what guests find on arrival. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract, and we will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these issues. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations. Other things to note To finalize a reservation, a mandatory KYC process is required. Guests must provide ID verification, proof of residence, proof of solvency, and proof of the reason for their stay. By booking, guests acknowledge and consent to these requirements. Bookings cannot be accepted without these documents, and standard cancellation penalties will apply if the KYC process is not completed.
