Relax and enjoy the beauty of the mountains in this kid-friendly TOTALLY private two-bedroom GUEST SUITE with private bath. OWNERS ON-SITE on this vintage property built in 1956. Only 7-minute drive from Charis Bible College, this home sits on a nature trail where deer, fox and the occasional bear walk by in view of the back deck. Come and go freely via your own private entrance after a 40-yard walk on the flat gravel path to your dedicated parking space. Contact-less check-in and out. Welcome! The space Parking for up to 4 vehicles is available. Once parked you will walk around the house 40 yards on a flat gravel path to the back deck where you will come and go through your own private entrance. (Depending on the kind of luggage you have, it may require you that you carry your bags to the unit). A smart lock is ready to let you inside. One bedroom offers a comfortable full-sized (double) bed and a spacious closet. The second bedroom offers updated twin-sized mattresses, a closet, stocked bookshelf and toy cabinet, television ready for your gaming console and your streaming services, and a separate closet that has a built in desk/table ready for your laptop, make-up application, or for enjoying a meal. There is the option of setting up a third twin sized Aerobed in the kid's room. A Pack-n-Play and a variety of changing table items are always at the ready for your little one. Set the thermostat to the temperature where you are most comfortable. Guest access You will have private access to your own keyless entrance to the recently renovated two bedrooms (one with a double/full sized bed and one with two twin beds), your own private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a small refrigerator and freezer, Keurig machine, electric kettle and microwave. In warmer weather, you are also welcome to sit on the back deck and/or the round table and 4 chairs under an awning in the upper yard. This area is under an awning and is a few steps off of the nature trail. The deer will literally walk right by. DO NOT FEED THE WILDLIFE. We know it is SO tempting. However, the fine for doing so is $5,000! During your stay Please text me with any questions and/or concerns. We keep a pretty busy schedule but are available to you when needed. Most guests keep to themselves and appreciate our completely contact-less hosting style. Other things to note We provide bottled water, hot cocoa and cider packets, tea bags and K-cups for coffee and chai.
