Welcome to 45° Nord, an independent studio in my new home. In the heart of the village, come and enjoy a place to rest during your visit to Chapareillan, everything has been thought out for your comfort, I make the bed before your arrival, provide towels, and you will not have to worry about cleaning. Self check-in with code lock. A very comfortable 160 x 200 bed with a view of the starry sky (skylight above the bed with electric shutter), a fully equipped kitchenette, a shower room with high-end Grohé faucets, with toilet. A table for your meals, smart TV. Welcome tea and coffee offered. A small, comfortable cocoon. The accommodation has reversible air conditioning so you always have the temperature that suits you, fiber Wi-Fi and a free parking space in front of the house. On request and with payment for the kWh consumed, you can recharge your electric vehicle (220-volt outlet, please request when booking). A stone's throw from all amenities. Ideal for your professional stays (invoice upon request) or tourism. A 5-minute drive from Le Clos de Florie and Fort Barraux for wedding ceremonies and other events. Also ideal for your stays as part of your training (soap making, drone process, etc.) Early check-in or late check-out on request, subject to availability, with an additional fee. Guest access You have the entire studio to yourself, as well as the balcony overlooking the mountains. Access is independent. Parking space at the bottom of the stairs. We live in the rest of the house! Other things to note The studio is in our house, where I live with my son present only every other week. The studio is completely independent at the access levels, with outdoor stairs and private balcony. It is a small accommodation of 15 m2, ideal for sleeping. We have an adorable young Golden retriever dog who will sometimes come to greet you from the Garden! ( but you will not be in contact )
