Ideal for larger groups or multiple families to get away together. 3200 Sq ft in total. Located 1 block from the lake, and a 5-mile drive to Hill's resort. The space Simplicity is a very open floor plan that is great for a family getaway up at Priest Lake. We are located one block off of the lake. Totally surrounded by trees, with great access to hiking trails, and everything outdoors. Very quiet, very peaceful, very special! Guest access Without a special request, we have room for 6 cars easily on property. The property is located on two lots and accessible from two different roads. Parking above and parking below. There are two covered carports that have enough space for 3 vehicles. This is great for trailering a boat, ATV's, UTV,s or snowmobiles. Make sure to allow us to help you coordinate for these needs.
