1 bedroom/1 bath apartment with private entrance. Great space to come relax & unwind away from traffic but close enough to have quick access to entertainment, shopping, and the beautiful beaches on the emerald coast. The activities are endless! We are a military family that fell in love with the emerald coast and this is our home away from home and would love to host your next home away from home stay. Must be 25+ years old to book. Not suitable for infants/children. No pets allowed. The space Kitchen: Fully loaded kitchen with microwave, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes, pots, pans, toaster, 2 in 1 Keurig, kettle, stovetop greca expresso maker, spices, utensils, cups, plates and blender. Living room: Smart tv where you can access your netflix/hulu account. No cable or streaming services provided. Wifi Bedroom: 1-bedroom with Queen size bed with fresh bed linens. Washer/Dryer Combo No TV in the bedroom Bathroom: 1-bathroom with a Shower stall (no tub) Fresh towels (2 per guest) Hairdryer 1 Starter set of shampoo/conditioner, hand soap and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Other things to note Supplies: We supply a start off supply of laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels and toilet paper. Guest should be prepared to purchase additional supplies as needed. Beach towels are not supplied. Exterior: No access to yard without prior approval. Additional notes on home: This is a multi family home with 2 additional long term tenants that live in units 1 and 2. There are 2 exterior cameras that face the front door/deck area and another facing the driveway.
