Lovely 2-bedroom near Lake Merritt

Main bedroom features a queen bed with upscale details and large TV. Second bedroom perfect for a toddler complete with toddler bed and changing station. Living room has a super comfy large couch that I’ve had people sleep on happily dozens of times (up to 2 adults). I also offer a queen air mattress that can be set up where you’d like. Full kitchen, desk area, laundry in unit. Best part is how close it is to Lake Merritt, Grand Ave and Lakeshore dining and shopping. It’s the best area! The space Our apartment is next to a freeway, so when the doors and windows are open, traffic is heard. It feels like white noise. Next door is a large historic home that burned down. It is an eye-sore and construction has begun, but it hasn’t been very disruptive so far Other things to note The place is in front of a freeway so when windows are open, there is traffic noise. It isn’t noticeable when things are closed. The apartment doesn’t have central heating but there is a central floor furnace that works off of a thermostat and space heaters as options.
