Conveniently located between Kennebunkport's seaside communities, Cape Porpoise and Goose Rocks Beach, this charming property offers an open, inviting layout with tons of character. Our home features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, laundry, and a newly renovated kitchen, great for cooking with the family. The cottage is tucked away on a private dirt road with plenty of outdoor space, including lounge chairs, a dining area and an outdoor shower. The space This private home is ideal for couples or a family. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and the secondary has two twin beds that can be made into a king, upon your request. The space boasts a comfortable living room, screened in porch, front deck, garden, and outdoor shower. The kitchen has the essentials: a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, coffee pot, utensils, plates, pots, and pans. The perfect setup for family meals! There is also a propane gas grill should you choose to BBQ. Southern Maine has so much to offer in every season. From beaches and lobster rolls in the summer, to skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. Birding, fishing and hiking year round! The cottage is located across the road from a beautiful nature preserve with tons of hiking trails and streams running throughout. Guest access The entire house and property is available for our guests to use. Other things to note We welcome dogs on a case by case basis. In your booking request please make sure to select that you are planning to bring a dog and disclose the type and size of the dog in a message to us. If we approve your pet please note we cover the couch with tasteful washable fabric covers. Please note we do not allow more than one pet.
