The bedrooms are loft style, meaning some walls don't go all the way up to the ceiling, as seen in the photos. This open, airy loft design offers a spacious layout perfect for groups. The bedrooms have partial loft walls, providing plenty of visual privacy. While the design fosters an open feel, please note that sound may carry, which guests usually find doesn’t affect their overall experience. The bedrooms are designed to let in plenty of natural daylight, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere during the day. While this is appreciated by most guests, those who prefer sleeping in complete darkness may want to bring a sleep mask, as blackout curtains are not provided. We rarely receive complaints about this, but we like to mention it in advance so you can decide if it's something to consider for your stay. The king bedroom has a closet. The queen bedroom does not. However, the king bedroom closet is very spacious. There is plenty of space for clothes to hang. In the queen room, there is a bar with hangers for your clothes. The pool is seasonal. It is not open year round. Please note that the housekeeper may be completing final preparations before your arrival. If you notice laundry in the dryer, please feel free to move it aside. Rest assured, fresh towels and linens will be available for your use during your stay. Based on your profile, including any negative reviews, we reserve the right to ask for a refundable security deposit, to be paid immediately upon our asking, for an amount of our choosing, in order to protect our property. $200 per month utilities are collected in advance separate from the reservation for any stays 30 days or longer. This covers high-speed internet, water and sewer, trash, electric, and gas. This money is collected by the host through the Airbnb app before your reservation begins. Please note that payment must be completed with 24 hours upon our sending. Failure to remit the utilities fee within 24 hours may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.  Enjoy the on-site pool and gym during your stay! The pool is open seasonally from 9 AM to 11 PM. The gym is currently available 24 hours a day, though hours may be updated as needed, and we will communicate any changes. Please note, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the gym. No smoking or vaping inside the property. A minimum $1000 cleaning fee will apply for any violation, and repeated or severe violations may result in eviction without refund. Check-Out Instructions & Property Condition: To help us maintain the high standards our guests expect and to ensure the property is ready for the next arrival, all guests are required to follow the check-out instructions provided prior to departure. These instructions are part of the booking agreement and are designed to assist our cleaning team in preparing the property efficiently between stays. If the property is left in a condition that requires significantly more time or effort than a standard turnover, such as excessive mess, unusual amounts of trash, or any situation that results in additional cleaning beyond the normal scope, an additional cleaning fee may be charged to cover the extra labor and time required.
