The space The first floor consists of an open kitchen, dining room, and half-bath. Moving down the hallway the continued hardwood floors from the kitchen flow into a comfortable living room with a corner fireplace. The second floor is home to the 3 bedrooms and a newly renovated tiled full bathroom. This colonial revival - Dutch colonial style home was built as part of the Shawsheen Village development by William M. Wood, President of the American Woolen Co. Wood hired about eight different architects or firms to design homes and structures for the village. This home was designed by James E. Allen of Lawrence, MA and is one of three. Guest access We will send you the check-in information in the morning of your arrival day. Other things to note There are four units at this address, each with their private entrances. One of the unit is in the basement directly underneath this unit, so you will hear sound coming from below the first floor. You will be sharing the driveway and the yard with guests in the other units. There is no garage parking. Please note that because we have neighbors close by, we need to respect their need for quietness, and we are unable to allow any kind of parties on our property.
