Stylish garden view flat for longer stays

A quiet self-contained basement flat available for a minimum of 7 nights in central Penzance. Suitable for one person or a couple, with a dedicated work space and high speed FTTP WiFi. The flat is in a quiet street a few minutes walk from the train and bus stations, the sea, and coast path. I am hoping to attract digital nomads, remote workers, writers, walkers, cyclists, wild swimmers, and anyone wishing to spend a while in this wonderful part of the world.. The space The flat is partly below ground level with lovely views over a garden to the front of the property. The house was built in 1839. The original stone walls have been painted white to reflect the light, and overall the space feels light and airy. The rooms are all newly decorated and fully furnished. There is a large sitting room, with a dining table and a double sofa-bed. A comfortable double bedroom with a work station - with screen &keyboard. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, dishwasher and lots of cooking equipment. The bathroom has a shower/bath, basin and lots of storage. There is also a separate WC and a store room where clothes storage and hanging can be found. Guest access Access to the self contained apartment is via a private front door situated at the rear of the main house. To reach it you will have to cross my back garden, via a path from a locked gate to the rear of the main house. Other things to note There is a pathway to gain access to the apartment through the back garden. There is a table and chairs to sit out in the FRONT garden (access the front by walking around to the front of the house). The back garden can be used by guests by arrangement. Neither garden is completely private - I'm in them a lot.
