Bathrooms *Two spacious bathrooms with step-in showers, double sinks (upstairs), and complimentary toiletries. Kitchen & Dining *Fully stocked modern kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig. *Dining table seats 6, with children’s plates, cups, and utensils included. Additional Info *Pets: We love animals but we out of respect for our guests with allergies, No pets allowed. *No Smoking/Vaping: Please refrain from smoking and vaping on the property. *Seasonal Snow Removal: Snow removal services are arranged for winter stays, but guests may need to shovel their parking spot if snow falls during their stay. ** Please note, the City of Big Bear Lake requires the guest to pay Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) and Big Bear Lake Business Improvement District (BBLTBID)/Tourism Assessment Tax. Other things to note Snow Snow removal from the driveway is arranged before check-in time, but guests may need to shovel their parking spot if they arrive late after it's been snowing or if it snows during their stay. We have an ice shovel and snow shovel for your convenience that you are welcome to use as necessary. Please note, street parking is strictly prohibited in winter. During heavy snowfalls, chain requirements may also be in effect. All guests planning to visit during the winter months should ensure that they check the weather forecast and head up to Big Bear fully prepared for the conditions. Pets We love pets, but out of respect for guests with allergies, no pets are allowed. No-Smoking/Vaping We are a non-smoking property.
