Beautiful attic studio in Haimhausen near Munich

This is a bright, spacious and quiet room on the 2nd floor of our semi-detached house, in which after the departure of our 3 sons, my wife Petra and I live with our dog. On this level there is only a beautiful bathroom with shower and toilet, which is available for exclusive use. Since access to the stairs leads through our living/dining area, we expect our guests to behave considerately. The space In the room is a small fridge, some dishes and a toaster. In addition, a desk, a chest of drawers for laundry and, if necessary, a small dining table are also available.
