The European style Market Hall is just a 15 minute stroll and you can bring back everything you need in your euro shopping trolley. If you don’t feel like cooking, there’s a veritable wealth of delicious restaurants and cafes to walk to on College Ave. You’ll love Wood Tavern, Southies, Cactus, Belotti, Soi Four, or Starter bakery just to name a few! The entire house, including the natural stone baths, have heated floors and plenty of hot water from the instant heat boiler. Guest access This is a three story home. You have complete access to the top two stories of the home. If you need more space the bottom unit with private entrance can also be rented in conjunction with the top two floors for an additional fee and can be seen here: https://airbnb.com/h/rockridge-getaway The Villa which is the top two floors, includes three bedrooms, two full baths, a chef’s kitchen, a great room, dining room, back deck with dining table and chaise lounges, fully enclosed backyard, and furnished front porch with views of the parkette across the street. There is plenty of easy street side parking with no time limitation. 10 steps with a railing lead to the front doorway and 15 steps with a railing to the 2nd floor. However, beside the house, there is a cement walkway with a gentle slope that takes you to the back gate and then up one step onto the back deck. From there you have level entry into the house through any of the 3 sets of french doors. Access is via a lockbox on the front porch-I send out the code 1-2 days prior to your reservation. There are 3 extra keys and a security system within the house. The downstairs apt has its own separate lockbox and keys. Other things to note This property is best suited to-working professionals, couples, and families with young adult or older children. I live in a very quiet neighborhood and my neighbors are very understanding. However, I ask that you show the same respect to my neighbors and maintain quiet hours-10pm to 8am on weekdays and midnight to 8am on Friday-Saturday. This is not a party or event house. I do allow 1 small ( 30 pounds and under) dog/cat per booking, but you must notify me at time of booking with breed and age. There is a $200 fee per booking up to 2 weeks. No puppies or visiting pets allowed.
