La Petite Maison is an authentic village house, on one of the main streets of the village of Saint Saturnin-lès-Apt, close to all amenities and ideally located to visit the various attractions of the region (Colorado Provençal, perched villages of the Luberon...). Reflecting the traditional Provençal village habitat, it consists of four levels with the living space on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper floors. The space It's a bright and cozy old house, the ground floor consists of a relaxation area with connected TV, a kitchen area with all the necessary equipment (small freezer, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine) as well as a vaulted room dedicated to meals. The rooms are about 15 m2 each, new bedding in 160 x 200 with memory foam mattress for the 1st floor bedroom, the other two bedrooms are equipped with 2 beds for 1 person (90 x 200) each, the one on the 2nd floor can also accommodate the baby cot. The bedroom on the 3rd floor, unavailable from October 15 to April 30, enjoys a lovely view of the rooftops of the village, with a glimpse of the Luberon. The main bathroom (vanity unit, shower, heated towel rail) is located on the 1st floor, the toilet is separate. The 2nd bathroom is located on the 3rd floor and consists of a shower cabin, sink and heated towel rail (unavailable from October 15 to April 30). Guest access The house is fully available for guests, - except from October 15 to April 30, when the reservation will be authorized for a maximum of 4 people and the top floor (bedroom and bathroom) is unavailable because it is not heated. Other things to note The property is fully equipped for up to 6 guests (4 people from October 15 to April 30). It includes steps and stairs, people with limited mobility may encounter difficulties.
