AC bedroom with attached washroom @ Ground Floor

This is a private air-condition room is just the right size (90 sqft) if you are travelling with your partner. This room is equipped with basic comforts only. Not very spacious but two persons can stay comfortably It has 32' Fire stick smart TV, Split AC, wardrobe, tea table, Wi-Fi & attached washroom. NOTE: Room is at ground floor. In front of room has some open space, where we park car at night. Room is near to main gate Couples are welcome Location: Newtown, Near Biswa Bangla Gate The space This room is at ground floor. We have some space open at ground level where we do the car parking. This room is part of big building. This room does not have any kitchen or living area, balcony or other space other than a standard room. Guest access You can access entire room Other things to note Room is at ground floor Generally visitors are not allowed to enter the room for short staying guest but you can meet at Lobby area of premises at ground floor. For long staying guest (1 week & above) can invite 1/2 visiting guests with prior information. Staying at night of visiting guest is not allowed. We don't have power backup but we rarely experience power cut.
