Modern home-near ferry terminal

A modern house with double guest room. Use of walk in shower and toilet facilities. Guests have access to a spacious kitchen/diner. House is located along bus route 3 with excellent transport. City centre and train station is 15 minutes by car. Access to on and off street parking. Office space available on request. The space A modern space, usable to all guests. Please make yourselves at home. The house is lived in and only available for times I am away. There is fridge and cupboard space reserved for guests to use the kitchen. Washing machine, and garden bar can be used if requested. Guest access The whole house can be used with exception to my son's nursery and my bathroom (one with bathtub). The kitchen, garden and bar space are available for use. During your stay The house is lived in. There may be times that I will be home or times I will be out but am happy to be led my guests on how they like to interact. Please feel free to let me know through messages. With previous guests we have respected boundaries and also made good friends with longer term guests. Other things to note Separate toilet and shower facilities for your sole use beside the guest room.
