Located in the pretty village of Clara at the foot of the Canigou (the sacred mountain of the Catalans), this charming and very spacious studio will be perfect for nature lovers. The space The studio has a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining area, a sleeping area with two single beds and a shower room. Outside, you will have a beautiful space with barbecue, tables and chairs. Guest access The studio's entrance door is located in a common entrance hall to another apartment. This hall has a laundry room where you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board as well as cleaning supplies. Upon your arrival I will be happy to host you if I am there, otherwise a self check-in with a key box will be set up. Other things to note Prades, the closest market town to Clara is only a 10-minute drive away, you will find many amenities, shops, tourist office, cinema... A large market on Tuesday morning and a small farmers' market on Saturday morning. Perpignan is 45 minutes away. You will be about 1 hour from the sea and Spain on one side and the ski slopes on the other.
