You will have access to entire home , screened porch & patio. If you need single floor accessibility, the first floor offers living space, bedroom and bathroom that are very accessible. Walkable to many destinations, street parking in quiet residential neighborhood. Often guests request early arrivals and late check outs. We will do our best to accommodate all requests when our calendar availability and cleaners’ schedules allow. All requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. ***NOTE***We are finding most groups booking are at our 6 person max, therefore cleaning fee reflects the four bed, two bath, kitchen, two living room change over. We will, however, reduce cleaning to $100 if you are a group of 2.
