Welcome to our spacious cottage, where you can relax fter a day of adventure in our spacious Great Room, cook in the updated kitchen with new countertops, and enjoy the brand-new laundry/mudroom and beautiful wood floors throughout the main living area. Ski Mt. Reba or Bear Valley in winter, stroll to the Rec Center’s pool and lake in summer, and enjoy peaceful, scenic beauty in spring and fall—perfect for a year-round getaway. The space Our Spacious Country Cottage beside Stanislaus National Forest—wooded views from every room and no neighbors behind. Perfect for families and friends; kid-friendly. BEDROOMS: 4 upstairs - 1 queen ensuite; - 1 queen + bunk; - 2 queens 1 on the main floor - queen hide-a-bed KITCHEN: Fully furnished with a stocked kitchen (coffee, tea, water, spices, basics), starter toiletries, paper goods, soaps, and laundry supplies. LIVING AREA: Open-concept living area with wood-burning fireplace, 55” TV, WiFi, expanded cable, and DVD. LAUNDRY AREA: Washer/dryer and detergent are provided. KITCHEN AND PANTRY: We provide spices and staple items in the cabinets and refrigerator for your use. Bottled water and a Brita Water Filter are available in the refrigerator. OUTDOOR AND PATIO ITEMS - Outdoor patio furniture is stored in the garage. Feel free to move it to the deck and store the cushions back in the garage before departure. - The BBQ is stored off-season in the shed at the top of the driveway. Grill brushes are provided for your convenience. Guest access Keyless Entry We have installed a keyless lock for your convenience. Your unique code will be sent to you prior to your stay. Safety Reminder: For your safety and the safety of the next guest, please leave the lights on at both the front and back entrances when you leave. Parking There is off-street parking for 2–4 cars. Garage and Equipment: - Kayaks in the garage are not for guest use. - A snow blower is available in the garage. Directions are located nearby. We try to keep it fueled, but cannot guarantee previous guests haven’t used all the gas. If you need more, fuel is available in town using the red gas can near the snow blower. Send us a copy of the receipt, and we will reimburse you. Nearby Recreation - The Blue Lake Springs Recreation Center is just half a block away—no need to drive! - Daily family fee: $30 | Weekly family fee: $150 - Please bring the guest's plastic card kept near the clock in the dining room. Other things to note Cell reception is not good here but we have two internet connections. In case of emergency, call 911. A fire extinguisher is under the sink for small fires, but if a fire is large or you feel unsafe, please evacuate right away and call 911. Your safety is our top priority!
