On the ground floor, you will find: - A full equipped kitchen, including a fridge and freezer, toaster, microwave, oven, kettle, washing machine with dryer, complimentary tea/coffee and cooking utensils. - An open plan cosy living space, with a 40” smart TV as well as a dining area for dinner with friends and family. The smart 4K TV provides access to Netflix, YouTube, BBC iPlayer, 4oD and ITV, where you can enjoy all your favourite movies and TV shows. - A nice sofa bed that can sleep two people - A nicely styled toilet in addition to the family bathroom and toilet upstairs. On the first floor, you will find: - Bedroom 1: Furnished with a lovely super king size bed with a pocket sprung mattress for a good night's rest, the bed can be separated into two full size single beds. Please just let us know your preference. There is a vanity area that can also serve as a workstation. The bedroom is also equipped with a high definition smart TV. - Bedroom 2: Furnished with a small double bed and a pocket sprung mattress for a good night’s rest. This room features stunning views of the picturesque nature reserve. - Bathroom: The family bathroom comes with a bathtub & shower head You will have access to free on-street parking as well as a dedicated parking space. The house is close to a number of amenities, including several convenience stores and an Asda Superstore (8mins drive).
