It's just a minute walk to local restaurant/bar for the best pizza around! Guests have private entrance. Large full-sized kitchen. One large bedroom with two king-sized beds. Living room is open to an exercise area with a twin bed which can be closed off for privacy and used as another sleeping area. Next to the bedroom is another nook with twin bed for more sleeping options. One full bath (Shower, sink and toilet) and another half bath (toilet and sink) You will have access to the entire basement apartment. However, there are 3 small utility rooms in the space that will not be accessible to guests. My family and I live on the main floor, while we tend to keep to ourselves. We would love to meet you if it makes you feel more comfortable with your stay.
