Renovated Lake Tahoe Home - Palisades close by!

A modern home that was recently renovated located in North Lake Tahoe. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood of Carnelian Bay. The house is close to beaches, trails, ski resorts and Tahoe City. Adventure awaits while staying at our home. No pet's allowed due to family allergy. If you have a service dog please contact us in advance so we can accommodate you. The space With an open concept-- the living room, kitchen and dining room is open and ready for family and gatherings. Bedroom 4 is a bonus room and not a full-size bedroom. Primary bathroom is within of the Primary bedroom. The secondary bathroom is common, not connected to any rooms. The house cleaned by North Lake Tahoe Cleaning. Guest access No access to the garage. Other things to note Please no shoes in the house. No pets allowed due to family allergies. No smoking or vaping allowed. Parking, no street parking October to May. Due to snow removal. 3 cars can fit in driveway. Driveway has plow service during storms, front entry is not managed, a shovel is provided to clear the entry. Registration details str22-4258
