Access to the accommodation and common spaces is reserved for those who book and guests are not allowed. Since there is garbage collection door to door in the country, guests will need to separate their waste in person and store it correctly. Instructions are available in the apartment through a calendar offered by the prefecture of Peschiera. Due to the immediate proximity to nature, guests will be able to connect with animals from the lake, we kindly ask that they treat them with proper respect. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. If the rule is broken, a fine of €200.00 will be applied.
