The space Wrenwood is a 3,336 sq ft cedar-clad eco estate set within 1.73 acres of private protected woodland near Bristol. Designed by award-winning Bristol architect Jeremy Dain of S2 Architects, the house was created as a contemporary, low-impact woodland home sitting quietly beneath the tree canopy. Floor-to-ceiling glazing frames uninterrupted woodland views, while underfloor heating and air-source heat pumps provide year-round comfort. Inside, the layout is designed for space, privacy and togetherness. A dramatic glass atrium connects generous living areas with a bespoke kitchen and large dining space. Six beautifully appointed bedrooms and five bathrooms provide flexible accommodation for families and groups of up to 12 guests. Guest access Guests enjoy full, exclusive access to the entire Wrenwood estate and its private woodland grounds for the duration of their stay. This includes: • All six bedrooms and bathrooms • The glass-roof living space and atrium • Cinema room • Sauna • Two private hot tubs • Bar and games area • Gym / yoga space • All outdoor terraces and woodland seating areas The private driveway and parking areas are solely for your group. When booked as the full estate, no areas are shared with anyone else. Complete privacy throughout your stay. Other things to note Wrenwood is also available for executive relocations, family transitions, home renovations, insurance stays and extended visits to Bristol. We welcome stays from 28 nights to 6 months, with bespoke pricing available for longer bookings. Wrenwood is set within protected private woodland and operates as a peaceful, design-led retreat. The maximum occupancy is 12 guests. We are happy to accommodate infants in travel cots in addition to this number; however, additional adults beyond 12 are not permitted. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement only. A £52 fee per stay applies to cover the additional cleaning and preparation required. Hot tubs are professionally maintained and may require brief, pre-arranged access during longer stays for essential water quality checks. Wrenwood is not a party venue. It is intended for relaxed gatherings, family celebrations and restorative escapes in keeping with the woodland setting. Fireworks and amplified outdoor music are not permitted. Outdoor & Woodland Safety Notice 🌿 Wrenwood is a private woodland estate with mature protected woodland, natural banks, gravel driveway areas, rural pathways, steps, decking and uneven ground throughout parts of the property. Due to the protected woodland setting, some outdoor improvements and groundworks are subject to planning controls, conservation considerations, surveys and professional assessments. This means certain areas may remain naturally uneven or rustic in character. Guests should take care when walking, parking or using outdoor areas, especially in wet, icy, windy or dark conditions. Suitable footwear is strongly recommended. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by falling branches, tree debris, wildlife, weather, uneven ground or other natural rural hazards. The outdoor swing may be used at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. By booking, guests acknowledge that Wrenwood is a rural woodland property and that natural uneven ground and woodland-related risks form part of the setting.
