This includes every bedroom with en-suites, the glass-roof living space, kitchen, cinema room, sauna, bar, games room, TRX and yoga zone, and all outdoor areas. Both hot tubs, the woodland grounds, decks and private driveway are yours to enjoy. Ample parking is available with complete privacy throughout your stay. Other things to note Please note the hot tubs are professionally maintained and may require brief access for checks during longer stays. The woodland terrain is natural and uneven, so children should be supervised outdoors. Wrenwood uses eco-friendly heating and ventilation systems which run quietly in the background. The property is located on a prestigious private road, so we ask guests to respect the peaceful surroundings. ✅ HOUSE RULES • All guests must link their own Airbnb account to the reservation prior to arrival (for insurance compliance). • No hen or stag groups, parties, or loud gatherings. • The hot tubs may be checked daily between 6:30am–11:00am for safety, water balance and cleanliness. • Dining table seats 12, with an additional church pew available. • Please respect the quiet nature of Cadbury Camp Lane. • Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless agreed in advance. ⸻ ✅ GUEST INFORMATION • Two hot tubs, a sauna, cinema with 77” OLED TV, bar with dart board, table tennis, table football and a retro 2-player arcade game. • Sonos system: 5 speakers in the kitchen/diner and 1 in the bar (use the Sonos app). • Molton Brown hand wash dispensers provided, plus one bath towel per guest. • Close to Backwell Train Station with direct trains to Bath and Bristol. • Dining table seats 12; extra seating available on request. • TRX straps, yoga mats, games room and woodland walks available for guest use. ⸻ ✅ OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE • The property is surrounded by natural woodland; ground may be uneven—please supervise children and dogs. • Hot tub checks are quick and discreet (water quality only). • Eco-heating and ventilation systems run quietly in the background. • Wildlife, including deer, live around the chalet. • Please be mindful of neighbours on the private road and keep noise to a minimum outdoors at night. ⸻ ✅ PET POLICY & SAFETY Dogs are welcome at Wrenwood. For their safety and to protect local wildlife, we ask that dogs remain on a lead while outdoors. The woodland is home to deer (including young), and ticks are naturally present in forested environments. Keeping dogs on a lead helps ensure their safety, protects wildlife, and makes excrement easy to manage so nothing is missed. Please bring any beds, blankets or bowls your dog may need.
