Group Lodge in Lourdios-Ichère

Located in the heart of nature in the valley of Aspe, the Gîtes communal, within the same house, welcome you in the preserved village of LOURDIOS-ICHERE. Ideal for individuals, groups of friends or family, four independent, furnished and equipped cottages can be offered as needed with a common room and kitchen. Many activities are possible in the surrounding area to discover the Pyrenean heritage (hiking, fishing, cycling, etc.). The space Our communal gites are 4 apartments within the same house, with a common room and kitchen, ideal for groups. Each apartment is independent and has bathroom and equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, you will find the cottage 1 for 2 people, equipped for People with Reduced Mobility (PRM) with the possibility of adding a sofa bed for an additional 2 people. On the first floor, the cottage 2 for 5 people is composed of 1 double room and 1 room with 2 single beds. An additional single bed is in the living room. On the second floor, vacation rental 3 and 4, each as a duplex with, upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed. Cottage 3 has a capacity of 3 people with in addition a single bed upstairs in the mezzanine. Gite 4 has a capacity of 5 people with a single bed and an extra daybed on the mezzanine and another daybed downstairs. The daybeds are not very long so are rather ideal for children. Our capacity can therefore be up to 15 people. Guest access You will have outside access to a picnic table by the creek and free parking. These places may need to be shared with other guests. To facilitate your arrival, code key boxes are in place for each guesthouse. Other things to note Wifi is available in each cottage. Linen: Each bed is equipped with a complete set (fitted sheet, duvet cover, bolster and pillowcase). Think about your linens (towels, dish towels, apron...). CLEANLINESS: The cottages are to be returned to the state of cleanliness in which you found them, otherwise a cleaning fee will apply (€65/cottage). Maintenance materials and products are available in the closet located under the stairs of the common room. OPTIONS: - Baby equipment (umbrella bed, highchair, changing mat) will be available on request. - Firewood (for the fireplace of the common room) is also available on order (12.20€ per 1/4 of a stere - about 10 logs) by calling us beforehand. PRICING: The base nightly rate is 10 people (whether you are 1 to 10 it does not change), to which can be added additional people at the rate of €19/night/person (up to 15 people).
