Granite Point Resort - Cottage #25 Lower

The new Cottage 25, a duplex with three bedrooms/one bath on each level, is built in the same location as the original Cottage 25 that was rented seasonally for generations by the Thompson family. Artfully combining the classic tradition of our historic cottages with the comfort, convenience, and openness of a modern-day floorplan. The space Cottage 25 features shiplap walls, vintage touches, and a large private covered deck or patio on each level. The walls of glass doors on both the lower and upper levels bring the outdoors in and make for a special lakefront vacation. The large covered deck and patio will be one of our guest's favorite features. And the kids will be loving the custom bunk room when they aren't building in the sand, splashing in the water, hunting for crawdads under the nearby rockpile, or fishing off the point. The spacious covered outdoor areas are the perfect private spot for your morning coffee and book, family dinner, and an evening of games or relaxing with the stars and sounds of the lake. Beds are made up with linens and a lightweight coverlet, and we provide a bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth for each guest. Please bring your own beach towels and toiletries. Our Store is stocked with many commonly forgotten items, and if there is something you need (spaghetti cooker, larger baking dish, apple peeler), please don’t hesitate to ask and we will do our best to accommodate If you don’t feel like cooking after a fun-filled day enjoying the Resort, join us at our historic Café where we serve handmade meals, your favorite coffee & espresso drinks, hand-dipped ice cream, beer, wine, and happy hour specials. Firepits and charcoal grills are available for roasting marshmallows or cooking your fresh catch of the day.
