Welcome to your home away from home! This bright 1- bedroom garden suite is designed with all the amenities needed for your comfort. The suite is conveniently located in the heart of Cambie Village - you will be steps away from the conveniences of the Cambie corridor or a short walk away from restaurants, cafes and shops of Main Street. The Canada-Line skytrain station is a 10 minute walk, giving you easy access to Downtown Vancouver and direct access to Vancouver International (YVR) airport. The space The suite is located on the garden-level of our 1/2 duplex home, you will have access to your private suite from a separate entrance. This living space comes with a full kitchen including dishwasher, dining space for two and a cozy couch with a 50-inch 4K TV. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and dedicated work space. This space also includes private in-suite laundry. Parking: There are no designated guest parking spots available on the property. Our neighbourhood has 2 hour parking on Monday-Friday between 8 AM to 6 PM, free in 2 hour zones in the evenings after 6 PM and on weekends and holidays. Sorry, we do not have bike storage and we cannot accommodate your bike in the suite. We share a backyard with our neighbours, they have a friendly medium-sized dog who may come say hi! Guest access Our backyard is for family use and is not set up for guests, but you are only 3 blocks away from Mount Pleasant Park and 15 minutes walk to Queen Elizabeth Park! Parking: There are no designated guest parking spots available on the property. Our neighbourhood has areas with 2 hour free parking Monday-Friday between 8 AM to 6 PM, free after 6 PM and on weekends. These areas are identified by street signs.
