Located in the immediate vicinity of the forest of Moulière, the Golf du Haut Poitou and 20 minutes from Poitiers, the Hosts of the Royalty offer you elegant and modern comfort for a family, tourist, professional, oenological, cultural and/or sporting stay. The space Our house has several rooms that can accommodate up to 6 people in a space dedicated to families, couples or groups of travelers. You will have a beautiful salt pool (4.10 x 9.50), open and heated in season and complete with a relaxation area with solarium. You can also enjoy (with a supplement of €10 per 40-minute session) the SPA installed near the pool for a moment of relaxation at the end of the day. Also available: electronic darts, table tennis, shuffleboard and pétanque games, Molkky, board games, etc. Private access from the garden opens onto a pleasant TV lounge with refined industrial charm and gives access to two generous comfortable and elegantly decorated rooms equipped with free Wi-Fi. You will have a bright private bathroom with toilet. Guest access Configuration for 2 guests: The Art Deco-inspired master bedroom has a 160 x 200 bed with the possibility of installing a baby bed (free up to 2 years). The TV lounge has a generous 3-seat sofa. There is also a comfortable TV, DVD and VHS player, game console (Nintendo Wii) with different games, board games. We can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 different bedrooms. Other things to note We are also located close to the Domaine du Lac de Saint Cyr and the Golf du Haut Poitou, of which we are a partner. We have vouchers that will allow you to benefit from a 10% discount on the amount of green fees for a day at Golf du Haut-Poitou. http://golfduhautpoitou.fr At your disposal in the TV lounge: an espresso machine (with Dolce Gusto coffee capsules), a kettle (teas and infusions) and a mini bar (extra drinks). In order to guarantee you optimum comfort, for stays of 2 nights or more, Foutas can be made available to you when using the pool or Spa. There is no kitchen area. Meals aren't allowed in the rooms but you'll have an outdoor dining area. On reservation and with surcharge, small catering possible near the pool house or in the TV lounge to avoid going out for dinner. We have selected different artisans to prepare a dinner board for you from quality products and local products while being mindful of respect for balanced diets. For babies, folding bed, high chair and booster seat available upon request. No pets allowed. Breakfast is priced at €10 per person in addition to the price of the night (€6 for children under 10 years old and free for those under 2 years old). Breakfast is served from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. with fresh products, jams, spreads and homemade yogurts in the dining room, on the terrace or in the garden depending on the season and your wishes. Schedules are adaptable to your activities. Other things to note: As the property is closed by an electric gate, a remote control will be lent to you during your stay to safely park your vehicle.
