The space is a 2 bedroom suite that comfortably sleeps 5. The space Must be 25 years of age or older to book per HOA policy. This unit can be accessed via stairs or elevator. Guest access Convenient off-street parking that is visibility from the balcony of the unit. The condo complex does not have assigned parking, so guests are free to park where they please. Parking passes are located in the unit. Other things to note Guests will be provided 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person, along with a single roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher detergent tablets, 2 laundry detergent tablets, and 2 garbage bags. There is a garbage bin outside in the side parking lot. Guests are encouraged to use it at any time as this garbage bin is emptied every morning of the week.
