Villa Vera Garajau is a delightful 3 bedroom house located in Cristo Rei, Garajau, were you can appreciate the cruisses pass by, the sun and the moonlight at night. If you want a private tranquil villa, this beautiful spot in front of Cristo Rei (King Christ) statue and Garajau Beach, is perfect for relaxing and unforgettable holiday in Madeira Island! The space Vila Vera Garajau is a comfortably furnished and very spacious, with all areas distributed on a single floor. Has a beautiful open space living room, a large fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Located just a few minutes from Funchal and 10 minutes from airport, this beautifull house has fantastic surroundings, sea views and an unique overlooking to King Christ Statue, a tourist attraction located on top of a sea cliff. The local shopping area of Garajau is an uphill walk, but only a minute by car. There you can find supermarkets, restaurants, take-away restaurant, coffe shops, bakeries, a fresh fruit and vegetable store, pharmacy, hairdressers, newsagent, and ATM machine. There is public transport nearby, however we recommended to hire a car, to get the best of the island. The nearest beach is a nature reserve protected beach that can be reached from the house by foot or cable car, located 2 minutes walk from house. In the quieter months it is also possible to drive and park at the beach. This beach is considered to be one of the major tourist attractions for amateur divers, where you can find some large-sized fish, such as the black grouper.
