Entire private top floor self contained studio space with your own private bathroom, landing and kitchenette in an Edwardian home is less than a 5 minute walk to the Elizabeth Line taking you into the heart of London within 20 minutes! Located in a quiet residential street with all the local amenities you will need as well as great pubs, restaurants and shops. Absolutely ideal for those wishing to explore and enjoy all that London has to offer. The space This is a completely self-contained top floor studio space where you have everything you will need during your stay and complete privacy. Entrance is via a stairway shared with us (your hosts) only, and the top floor studio space is your own private and secure space accessed by a second set of stairs. You will have exclusive access to your own bathroom, landing, and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, induction hob, microwave and a full range of pots and pans, plates, bowls, cutlery etc. The roomy bedroom/dining area has plenty of storage with drawers wardrobe and a storage cupboard containing hairdryer, ironing board and iron. Guest access The entrance to our Edwardian house is shared with the first set of stairs but once you take the second set of stairs to the top floor with its own landing, that is completely private for our guests. Please note that the flat is on the top floor, there are two flights of stairs to climb to access it. During your stay We want our guests to feel comfortable and safe in their own space, and to know that if they need anything we are on hand to help. We err on not being intrusive and invariably don’t see our guests once they are settled in. But always happy to be on hand for anything that is needed. Other things to note The studio space is ideal for 1-2 adults. Unfortunately it is not suitable for children and babies/infants. For those with cars: Living right by the Elizabeth line that gets you into the centre of London within 20mins - we therefore live in a controlled parking zone. The restricted times are 9-10am 3-4pm and 6-7pm from Monday to Friday (free at the weekends) Parking is available in our street but we will need to purchase a guest pass to enable you to park in our street. This is £1 an hour so £3 for the day which can be reimbursed after your arrival and we know the specific times you are arriving and leaving. Also the only times one cannot access our road by car is between 8.30-9am and 2.45-3.30pm Monday to Friday
